"We were not happy with the room we were allocated on the 6th floor… it was dated and shabby. I asked reception if we could have an alternative and they moved us to the 2nd floor to a much nicer room with a lovely bed, decent carpet and furniture "

"The room was very small and not in the main building. There was no room to sit other than the bed. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant and the breakfast room stunning. Staff were helpful. "

The welcome from staff was lovely, they were very helpful, arranging to take my case up to my room ,which was also clean, comfortable and had all I needed. I booked with a friend, each coming from different areas and we were next door to each other which was convenient. The breakfasts were good as were the choices at dinner. I cannot complain about anything as everything was just great. I do hope I can book again next year."

"I've stayed in Swansea a few times but never explored the Marina. With local parking at £5 for 24hours, we were able to come and go as many times as we liked. This was useful as we were avle to drive back and forth between the hotel and our son's student house as much as we needed. The hotel was of a high standard, decorated in a boutique style. We didn't eat breakfast there as we wanted to try out The Observatory for brunch. That was a real find if you like reclaimed decor and the food was...
