"The check in was very good with the front desk staff being welcoming and helpful (with dining suggestions). Dining suggested were needed as the restaurant is vlosed Monday and Tuesday which is not outlined on the website. The pool area looked lovely (unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive to us using it). We thought the room was tired and could use some updating and thought. For example there was only 1 bedside table and lamp. The pillows and mattress could use upgrading as could the bottom sheet and mattress pad (both of which barely covered the mattress). The shower stall did not have a shelf or partial seat so there was no where to put soap, shampoo, etc. The shower curtain was short so the water escaped onto the floor."
