"The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. " We have stay at this property a couple of times with no problems. However not this stay. This time we got our room as we specifically asked the clerk at the front desk about getting a room close to the hot tub. So she did give us a room on the first floor close to the hot tub. Well we got into the room and that is the LOWEST bed I have ever sleep in. I told my husband it’s pretty sad when your couch is higher than the bed. "Lovely place to stay large rooms "

"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

It’s well equipped with the little kitchen, but the bed and the pillows especially, were uncomfortable which is something we haven’t found in quite a few years staying at similar properties like BW’s and lesser Marriotts. The chairs were uncomfortable, too. The long desk/counter was really nice but the bar of the office chair cuts into your legs.
