"Great staff and close to everything we needed."

"This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...

"The breakfast was not worth being considered “breakfast included” My son accidentally left my youngest child’s diapers beside our car and the staff tried to say they were already thrown away, but would “look for them.” We watched an employee go and get them out of their car. The only nice staff was the front desk."

"The sheets had holes in them and the bottom of my socks were filthy after walking around in them. The bathroom had clean fixtures. The room was completely bare. The gentleman we checked in with was nice."

"The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future."

"All the rooms have an outside entrance. People can stand on the walkway and talk to people in the parking lot which can be disturbing for those in nearby rooms. Rooms on the other side face the pool."

"Very clean and well taken care of. Would stay there again. Good selection of breakfast too."

"Friendly staff. Outdated. Hole in shower, water nozzle didnt work well. Sinks didnt drain. Back door was duct taped open to avoid security card. Room key stopped working 2 times and had to get new cards. Safe didnt work on arrival and had to call maintenance. Would not stay again"

"Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 days. Great breakfast for the most part, they restocked as soon as they were out of items. Pool was warm and my son enjoyed it. Housekeeping did a great job stocking the towels and taking the trash. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only small complaint was the ac in our room was set to 68 and it felt humid in there for the most part. But all around a good experience."

"Our entire stay qas excellent. I had a king suite and it met my expectations and more. The staff was more than willing to help in any capacity. The breakfast was phenomenal and the pool was amazing with a great view of the beach. I would always recommend this hotel for any stay if you are in Gulf Shores."

"The staff was friendly but the room was disgusting. It smelled like mold. I put a towel on top of the sheets so I could sleep without fear of bug bites. The bathroom was old and the fixtures weren’t secured to the wall. It had stains. So grossed out!"
