"Not a good experience with the QR codes in the table, communication was not clear around unavailable foods. Took an hour and a half to solve. Lady serving, Maria in the kitchen; top notch service. Thank you Maria."

"Food was excellent, and the staff were helpful"

"Right opposite/ attached to International terminal. 02 minute walk to the check in counters. Great choice for early AM departure flights."

"my breakfast was cold and only chicken sausage"

"Nice hotel located walking distance to major attractions including the Opera House, St. Mary’s Cathedral, and botanical gardens."

"Great place to stay, centrally located to Myers, Westfield Pitt St, QVB. Our x2 double beds room was perfect for our family of 3. Highly recommend this place to stay. Only issue was the shower door not closing properly, so water would leak onto the bathroom floor."

"Great location across from beach."

"Great location, comfortable beds, good parking, amazing staff, room was a good size just old and tired with cracked tiles thought out the bathroom"

"Good location"

"Very light on the streaming services"

"The hotel was fine, but the over priced breakfast was the worst we had at any of the hotels we have stayed at over the last 9 weeks travelling around the world. Don’t bother, just go out to a nice cafe."

"Great location for tourists Right near bus, train and tram lines. Bar next door was excellent for sidewalk imbibing and people watching. Grocery store 50 feet down the block. All was great, except you can't open the windows. But the ac/heat worked fine."

"The property overall was amazing. I was genuinely surprised by how organized, clean, and well-maintained everything was. Traveling solo as a foreigner, I was treated with the utmost respect and admiration. That, above all, is the highest honor I could have asked for"
