"The hotel was charming Check in was easy the pool on the roof was heated the room was clean we used the pool and the fitness center ate across the street and the area was loaded with choices There were a few meetings going on so the lobby was busy but not crowded"

"This hotel has fallen a great deal since it was featured as 007's home-away-from-home in LIVE AND LET DIE! I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it just keeps getting worse. This most recent stay was just after Mardi Gras, so I was patient. I spent 3 nights. No hot water, broken elevators, fitness and pool closed and my room was never serviced by housekeeping. I was charged for drinks at the bar I never ordered and the newly refurbished Rib Room was VERY AVERAGE. GET IT TOGETHER OMNI!!!"

"Great location, right in the heart of the French Quarter, few blocks walkable distance from both Bourbon and Frenchmen streets. Close to dining, a block from water front and paddle wheeler. Street parking, or hotel parking available. Staff was awesome, very accommodating. "

"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend."

"The problem with my stay was the check in. The poor employee was not trained and it took over 45 minutes from when i walked in to when i started the check in process. There 2 people in front of me. Also, was given 2 queen room when I wanted a king. We were in a hurry and i did not want to go downstairs to change rooms because of time constraints. I mentioned to staff and they were willing to switch rooms for us, but we had already taken showers and i did not want to put the staff out any more. Person running the front desk needs more training before being put in that situation. Everyone's patience was running thin, but no one got obnoxious waiting."
