"Good location"

"The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems...

"Older hotel. No thrills. Dated in parts. Bathroom dated. But room had good temp. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very good. Just don’t expect anything fancy."

"The property was awesome. Rooms were extremely clean pool, very clean. The exterior of the hotel was clean.Well maintained. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. A more hearty or healthy breakfast options Would have been better. Egg and a Meat would have been a nice option. For those that don't eat bread muffins. Cereal, bagels."

"This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting"

"There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure."

"Room was not clean to my satisfaction. Beds weren't made neat. Bed sheets could have been cleaner. It seemed like staff just put the comforter without making and straightening the bed sheet. Pillows were not soft. Not quiet enough to sleep comfortably, noise level was high."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was really unfriendly and unhelpful and the room they initially put us in was completely trashed. Then they told us we couldn't use the microwave in our room because the smell of cooking food was present in the hallway. We warmed up some leftover breakfast one day, and the staff later told me we should eat the breakfast they provided (which was not very good) and only use the microwave in the lobby. Horrible experience, will never go there again."
