"A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a family of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys...

"It was a reasonably price hotel with a lot to offer. We rented the 2 bedroom suite, with replenish snacks daily. It included free morning baked good with coffee beverage. I chose to stay at this location 3 times during my travel in and out of PP. Well kept and comfortable. Staff was always working to keep it up to standard. Pool and gym was amazing super clean and gorgeous. The laundry is a bonus for sure. Across the street is a grocery story and location is close by to a lot of restaurants...

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. "Good hotel and amenities, kind English speaking staffs. Noisy because of an ongoing building construction. "

"Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it."

"Clean hotel, friendly staffs and great location. Walkable to kabko market, exercise park and Aeon1 mall. Next to bassac street with a lot of restaurants around. Just small advice after taking shower use the water hose to clean the shower area to avoid the bad smell."

"Staff were amazing, security guard outside at all times and felt very safe in the area. Served good coffee and good food. Convenient for both the city centre and airport. Not a typically tourist area, so will need a tuk tuk or other transport to get around. Hotel can offer airport pick up, and a car for day trips for reasonable prices. "

The manager (Lai Ping) when out of her way, prepared everything for us before we even arrived to the country, she also booked our tours.
