"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

"Tutto bene … struttura B&B nuova, ristrutturata all’interno di un palazzo.. 4 piano con ascensore. Personale cortese ed efficiente, colazione Ok . Molto utile il servizio online offerto, per ristoranti e altro .. unica nota un po’ negativa , il parcheggio.. bisogna sempre cercare un pò nelle vie limitrofe,essendo vicino al centro, ma alla fine si trova. Nel complesso molto bene."

"The owner Gaitano, made our stay in his B&B very pleasant. He greeted us warmly on our arrival. We communicated via WhatsApp regarding arrival time and parking and that all went smoothly. The room/ bed/shower were satisfactory and clean. Breakfast was nice. Gaitano was very helpful in providing information to help plan our sightseeing. The location is perfect, being literally midway between Ortiga and the Ancient Greek & Roman theatres. If you can catch a live performance at the Ancient Greek...

"Malgré sa situation proche de Syracuse, le très bon accueil et la magnifique piscine très bien entretenue, cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Chambre correcte mais sombre et peu spacieuse, salle de bains très simple avec cabine de douche étroite. Pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire. Heureusement nous avons pris une supérieure avec terrasse, qui nous a permis d'avoir plus d'espace et de lumière. Bon petit déjeuner.
