"Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely...

"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...

"We had a great stay. Great location near the castle. I had picked this hotel because it had a/c but it was turned off for the season, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The room was clean but the carpet needs a cleaning. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and our welcome bottle of wine amenity."
