"Fansipan is a comfortable, older hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet and menu is delicious. The rooftop pool is warm and has great views. The pool deck furniture is mostly wood and does not have cushions, so bring something cushy to lay on. Great views of the mountains."
"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Beautiful, massive room with big and COMFORTABLE bed! The outside pool is just amazing and the views are the cherry on top. Breakfast was really good as well with so many options to choose from. All the staff were great as well. "
"Nous étions au 11eme étage, la vue était à couper le souffle!
Très bien situé, à quelques minutes de bons resto.
Petit déjeuner buffet tres complet. À recommander."
"My partner and I loved our stay here! Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were cheerful and kind. We ordered dinner and also ate at the buffet— Everything was delicious! Really, no complaints from us. We definitely recommend staying at Aliana Boutique and Spa."
"This would be remembered as one of the most pleasant stay we had because of the Sapa Square staff, during our few days April 2026 stay, led by Jayce their front desk main man. Jayce just went beyond the service of what was expected, I remember my buddy lost a pair of Gucci prescription glasses at the mountains in Fancipan , Jayce went out of his way communicating with Fancipan Starbucks lost and found, and there indeed we found the eyeglasses and Jayce even went on arranging the return of the lost item for the owner and the person who found the eyeglasses. With Jayce he talk with good command of English and immediately makes you feel that you are going to be taken care of. We felt comfortable dealing with Jayce, and he’s been our go to guy whenever we need guides on Sapa tours , activities, transport, foods, currency exchanges and others. He is a natural of customer service. We highly consider coming back at Hotel Sapa Square because of services we experienced with Jayce."
"Clean, well-equipped room and consistently friendly, helpful staff, especially at the restaurants. The only drawbacks were a damp, musty smell in the lift and room, and only one lift seemed to be working. Despite this, the service and beautiful mountain views make it a stay I would still recommend."
"The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice. "
