"We absolutely loved our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Skybar! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. All of the staff were lovely, but Chau was just AMAZING. She was so friendly, happy and helpful from the very beginning and felt more like a friend than someone working at the hotel. I’ve travelled to over 60 countries and I can say that Chau’s customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. She was always smiling, always willing to help and made us feel so comfortable and looked after.
After we checked out and were already on our way from Sapa to Hanoi, Chau contacted us to let us know we had left some things behind. She then went out of her way to organise for them to be sent to us, kept us updated and made sure everything got to us safely. Our things arrived in Hanoi that same night! ❤️ We really appreciated her going to so much effort to help us, especially after we had already left.
Chau made our stay so special and was definitely one of our favourite parts of our whole Vietnam trip. We were so sad to leave without getting to say goodbye properly! If you’re staying in Sapa, I would 100% recommend staying here. And even if you’re not staying here, pop into the Skybar and say hello to Chau! She is such a beautiful person and Sapa Horizon is very lucky to have her.
