"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."

"Wood and tile floors were swept but not mopped and looked dirty. Hot tub was out for service. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the bathroom Only one hand towel was included to dry the dishes. Toilet paper was only disposable paper that was ised. "

"Did not have time for breakfast. The apartment was small and dark, the view was poor and limited and the smell from the upstairs apartment bath was seeping into our ensuite bathroom."

"The staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our room with the kitchen and laundry: perfect for our 9-day stay. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset.
