I stayed at the property for two nights. The management and staff were generally lacking, with the exception of the evening desk clerk. The bathroom had visible mold under the sink ring and around the drain.
I was out during the day and expected fresh towels upon my return. When I saw that I still needed towels, I called the front desk and was rudely told to bring my dirty ones downstairs for an exchange—or to go find a housekeeper on my floor. I was a bit shocked by this response, especially since it was only 2:30 PM and I assumed housekeeping was still working.
I decided to find a housekeeper myself. On the way, I encountered a woman who claimed to be a manager. I explained I was looking for a housekeeper to exchange my towels and continued walking. She stopped me to explain that their policy doesn’t allow guests to approach housekeepers directly, as they only have enough towels for check-outs, not stay-overs. However, she said she would make an exception this time.
I let her know my room hadn’t been serviced at all and that I was a stay-over guest. She told me that housekeeping must be requested, which I felt I had already done when I called the front desk.
As I was leaving, I also witnessed the front desk clerk yelling at another guest who was checking out.
I would recommend staying elsewhere until the management issues are resolved.
