"Booked a family room for 1 night, 1 Queen bed and 2 singles but was given much smaller room upon checking in, this mistake was quickly rectified. Family Room is very spacious and was affordable given it was school holiday weekend. The room has heating so it was nice and cosy for winter. We were surprised to find Netflix here as well, which was a bonus. Would recommend for a quick weekend getaway."

"A lovely little unit literally on the oceanfront. You can hear the sea and it’s a hop, skip and jump to the beach. There is a seawater pool just along from the unit which was great. Very modern - we couldn’t fault it. If you are going out to eat don’t go past “The Water’s Edge” - it’s in town on the wharf but surrounded by empty shops! (and a Mexican eatery) The food was fantastic and the service great. Prices were more than reasonable."

"Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower. Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing. "Upon arrival at the motel we were concerned , it is currently undergoing major reconstruction and renovation, this is not mentioned in the motels site listing on Expedia. It looks like a demolition site and we were not even sure if we had the right place. Upon finding the office a friendly enough gentleman checked us in and sort of apologised for the state of the place. "We found it a bit small, the price was good . little hard to get it in to , but go around the round about to enter. Was clean staff was nice. Not vary well lit up when walking in at night "
