I was charged a fee to get the right room, the description said ground floor and it wasn’t when I checked in so they charged $270 for exchanging. The room was super dirty :sheets ,curtains ,floors, bathroom wasn’t cleaned toilet seat was yellow, I was having surgery so I had no choice but to stay, otherwise….

I thought I was getting a deal, but in fact, I was getting a dump. The area did not feel safe and had homeless people near the parking. The bed did not have proper linens, there was a twin size blanket for a queen bed, and no top sheet. The sheet on the bed was not fitted, so slid off a mattress with no mattress protector. The pillowcases didn't fit.We ordered food and couldn't finish it despite being hungry because it did not arrive as described. In general the hotel is a dive that doesn't look anything like the photos. Maybe it look like the photos 20 or 30 years ago I don't know. But I would never stay here again. The staff was understanding and great, but it did not compensate.Not recommended.

A estrutura do prédio é bem antiga. Banheiros MUITO pequenos, com muitas manchas no chão e parede. PORÉM, o café da manhã é muito joia… com uma diversidade legal, comidas frescas, frutas frescas. Atendeu o que precisávamos, que era um pernoite bom. Cama e quarto sem cheiro de mofo. O estacionamento é na área externa do hotel mas ficam vários carros, sem segurança físico vigiando os carros. Mas não sentimos insegurança pois é uma área comum de vários hotéis vizinhos. Estrutura joia de comida em torno do hotel - Burger King na esquina. Mesmo sendo MUITO simples, voltaria, caso fosse necessário.

Infelizmente a experiência no geral com a estrutura do hotel não foi boa. Hotel bem antigo e não está muito bem cuidado, as paredes do quarto amareladas e com manchas, a porta do banheiro estava danificada, o vidro da janela do banheiro quebrado. A cama era bem desconfortável e antiga. Ar condicionado de caixa muito antigo e barulhento. Únicos pontos positivos são a equipe muito prestativa e o café da manhã saboroso.

Apesar da estética estrutural do hotel suas acomodações são muito boas, um ótimo custo beneficio com o café da manha, a equipe atenciosa e prestativa, ambiente tranquilo no entorno, e também seguro, próximo ao shopping Taguatinga 12 min a pé, o que lhe confere uma boas localização, as refeições tem um preço muito bom comparado a vizinhança e boa qualidade também. O hotel é um veterano, estrutura antiga, mas as acomodações são boas e agradáveis e superou minhas expectativas, a recepção alguns membros precisam interagir um pouco mais, com um sorriso pelo menos, a alimentação café da manhã oferecido na diária é satisfatório com o valor cobrado. No Mais Muito Bom, há sempre o que melhorar, indico, e com certeza virei outras vezes. Parabéns
