電視僅有一些有線電視台，沒有YouTube之類的智慧電視，整體整潔ok，建議逐漸汰換老舊設備，服務人員態度良好，並有附兩份早餐卷還不錯

網路上寫提供早餐，選這家飯店就是因為有提供早餐。但是現場說9點才有早餐，問題是我8點20分就要出門出差去，根本無法等到9點吃早餐，飯店也沒有任何補救措失。無法接受。

整理服務態度都還不錯，唯獨房間內的煙味實在很重，在房內的禁菸管理上仍須加強！

出乎意料的住宿體驗

除了門口櫃檯小姐服務態度沒有很好還有房間內還有蠻重的煙味以外其實一切都還蠻舒服的，浴室也蠻乾淨的!早餐還會送到房間樓下的早餐櫃其實蠻貼心的!!

房間煙味太濃

一進門，濃濃的煙味真受不了！反應後有馬上除臭處理，但前提是又得離開住宿地點。再回來又是除臭後的難聞味道！隔天回家，自己帶的毛巾浴巾都還殘留房間的煙味🚬，超臭的！建議無法忍受煙味的人還是找別家吧。！

有待改善...

1.設備標示不清楚，不會用。(三溫暖室不知怎麼用、淋浴水龍頭難用、備品放盒子內誰知道阿) 2.電視畫質也太差了ㄅ，竟然還在用類比電視。 3.馬桶附近有煙灰，浴缸附近疑似有血漬。 4.沒吊衣服的地方。 5.早餐只有一份？雖然是一個人入住但可以吃二份阿，還要自己打電話到櫃檯訂？ 6.入住資料查半天，連價格都搞不清楚。

不是很推薦

訂購前有詢問配套內容，但是和實際還是有出入，服務人員訓練不足所致，但是服務態度都蠻好的。 入房發現傢俱和櫃子、貴妃椅都很老舊，沙發都有很長破掉紋路了，不是很敢坐。 浴缸也都有破損痕跡、也不是很乾淨。 枕頭不是那種澎鬆的軟枕，洗澡的浴巾也不是大條的，一般的住宿要求配件都沒有很完善。 電視畫素很模糊、按鍵反應也很慢。 優點是贈送的早餐很準時送達（前晚有菜單可以選擇下訂）

非常差！

房間環境很髒，床上都還是毛髮，而且還有很重的煙味，有和客服反應需要換房間，但沒辦法換。 而且我們訂的房型和照片上是完全不一樣的，站在消費者立場上，根本就是不實的廣告。 那天晚上也連夜換飯店，但也沒辦法申請退費，這真的很不合理。
