"The staff was great, although they don’t speak English there is a person that goes by the name Lucia and she went out of her way to help me by using a translation app, she got my room ready before my time, offered me a bottle of water and called taxis for me when I needed them"

"It is hotel for business travelers and it is not far from the airport and public transport station (10- 15 minutes walk). There are restaurants nearby besides the hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner). Even the hotel is located in a business area, but is quiet, clean. It has a rooftop swimming pool you can relax while oversee part of the city. Each staff we eat are so warm and friendly. When I just asked a recommendation where we should go. The front desk ladies and gentlemen did a research and made several list of area and local delicious restaurants for us. They touched our heart and definitely choose this great hotel when we come back. We strongly recommend this hotel to people who come to Taichung."
