"We had a room with two levels. It’s a bit small at each level. It was good experience to try this set up, but I wouldn’t do it again. Had to climb the tight stairs to go to use toilet at night. Overall clean and very easy location to the night market. Staff are helpful."

"Quite disappointed. My husband suffering from a lot of insect bites on the second last day. We stayed for 4nights. The exterior and lobby is nice but the hotel was not the same.... Found hair on side table and the wall was very very dirty. Makes me super uncomfortable. Alot of the wall in the toilet is very dirty.... I stayed at level3.... The hallway of the hotel room also got a smell... Second last day my husband got so so many bites on his arms and legs. Not sure is bed bugs or what. He woke up in the middle of the night scratching non stop. I will never come back to this hotel again."

"I enjoyed my stay. The room was a little smaller than what I'm use to, but expected for Taiwan. The bed was firm, just the way I like it. There was a stain on the sitting area, but overall the room was neat and clean. The buffet breakfast was nice, with a nice selection of asian style breakfast items. They also offered different breads with your typical spreads for those who are not into asian style breakfast items. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and kept the buffet full. The hotel is located near a night market and several convenience stores. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. "
