"Great stay on the boat, new, well equipped and fantastic terrace on the roof to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunset in the evening.
The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a water park close by and the lovely small town of Sesto Calende with shops, bars and restaurants is only 15-20 minutes walk away.

Great location in Angera for this 3 star hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and it felt like a family-run establishment. It was a little rough around the edges in places (e.g. minibar fridges could do with a good clean), but overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Angera!

We had a lovely stay here and had the buffet breakfast in the morning, extremely central and only a 10 minute walk from the port and the train station. Felt like a very cosy and safe place, even had some board games available which we played

We stayed at Sirio Hotel for a few days. The hotel is at Dormelletto, which is near to Arona on Lake Maggiore. The hotel is lovely and we were given a room which had a lake view. The room had a small outside terrace area which had plants on each side giving privacy from the rooms either side. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and a private bathroom. The hotel is family run and all the staff were very helpful. We don't speak Italian, but this wasn't a problem. We were given lots of useful...

All the staff were fantastic and they made us feel welcome. If we difficulty in getting to some destinations, they came to our aid. When we had problem with our hair dryer and electricity the responded immediately. They were just brilliant!!

The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay.
The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived.
My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here.
Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus...

Good hotel, large clean room with small balcony. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Plenty of parking space including a large underground garage. On our visit internet speed was quite slow. Overall very good value!

We have just returned from a week at the Antico Verbana apartments and can thoroughy recommend them. The staff on reception are pleasant and respond to your requests quickly. We arrived at 7pm in the evening so as information on the website says there were no staff on duty, but the envelope with our keys to the apartment were on the reception desk waiting for us.
As other guests have said, there is a restaurant which is very good but this is not always available due to private functions. ...

The hotel were very accommodating to both our needs of a room suitable for travelling with a toddler and a disabled guest. The room was very spacious and every detail of the hotel had an Italian feel about it. The food was very tasty. My little boy had his first experience sleeping in a cot bed which he loved. Luckily he is old enough as this was the only option for babies although he did fall out once in the night. Really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend it.

I was extremely satisfied with everything—the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to this beautiful town.

went out to stresa for my birthday as had never been for a short break. easily reached by alibus or train to stresa itself. great location, so beautiful loads to see and do. boats so easily available to taxi you about to other resorts on lake but so glad to of stayed in stresa.
with the lake and views as far as you can see and the alps in distance lit up by the sun when it was out there nothing to do buy chill out, explore and soak up the scenery with lots of food and drink.

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Taino, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.
What can I see and do in Taino?
While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like Safari Park, or get outside and enjoy nature at Lake Monate. Rocca di Angera and Arona Ferry Terminal are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.
What are holiday rentals like in Taino?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Taino. Holiday rentals provide amenities such as laundry facilities and kitchens so you'll have all the comforts of home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of security away from public hotel lifts and busy reception areas while still allowing you the excitement and enjoyment of travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a standard hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for small groups.
