Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Every element of the hotel, and every piece of furniture and cutlery is designed with intent with beautiful materials and attention to detail and fits together seamlessly. Normally I like heading out to explore cities, but the Capella created a place I didn’t want to leave. I could sit in the main dining room for an afternoon and just read a book. The service is goes above and beyond expectations. One small example: My iPhone charger broke and the hotel gifted me a new chord.

事前の問い合わせ： 予約後、静かな部屋をリクエストしたが、ホテルからのpre-arrivalメッセージが複数回届き、対応に一貫性がなく不安を感じた。 チェックイン： 空港から到着後、14階のレセプションで長時間待たされた。他客がいないにもかかわらず、後から来た客（GMらしき人物が対応）が優先的に案内された。この対応は非常に不快で、指摘してもテンプレート回答しか得られなかった。 部屋： Premierカテゴリの部屋はエレベーター近辺に位置し、廊下からの大声やドアの開閉音が非常にうるさかった。音に敏感な方には全くお勧めできない。当初我慢したが、耐えかねて部屋の変更を依頼。部屋の変更自体は迅速に対応いただき感謝している。客層があまり良くないのかもしれないと感じた。 Living Room： Capellaの特徴だが、TaipeiのLiving Roomは思ったより広くなく、夜に利用しようとすると露骨に邪険にされた。 その他ホテルのファシリティ： エレベーターは2機しかなく待ち時間が長く、カードキーの反応も悪かった。オープン当初のレビューと異なり、2階までは自由にアクセスでき、常に賑わっていた。 チャット： Whatsappでのチャットは便利だが、返信が遅く1時間以上返事がないこともあった。Rosewood Hong Kongのような適切かつ迅速な対応とは比較にならない。 朝食： 1階Plumeにて提供。アラカルトとビュッフェ形式だが、6時半オープン時点でビュッフェ準備ができていないことが多く、頼んでいないメニューが出されることもあった。ホテル構造上、Plumeを通って上の階に行くため、朝食時に騒がしかったり、何度も朝食かと聞かれたりした。 スタッフ： 一部に失礼な対応も見られたが、全体的なスタッフの対応は良好だった。練度に関してはまだ向上の余地があると感じる。ラグジュアリーホテルとして、Mandarin Oriental Taipeiのような完璧さを求めるなら、Capella Taipeiでは物足りないかもしれない。 総評： 総じて、Capellaに求められる顧客対応とはかけ離れていると感じた。特にチェックイン時にGMであるデニス・ローベンスタイン氏（写真で確認した限りご本人）がインフルエンサーと思われる客を優先し、私を待たせたこと、そして金銭を目的としないフィードバックと明確に伝えたにもかかわらず、宿泊費の返金が一方的に実行された対応は、宿泊客の意思を全く尊重していない。ホテルとして、全てのゲストに等しく良い宿泊体験を提供いただきたい。

Weltklasse ! Was für ein Hotel, was für ein in jedem Detail absolut hervorragender Service. 1st. Class Lifestyle, - ein Haus, dass den höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Wir haben hier unsere 7-wöchige Asien-und Japan-Rundreise mit Cruise begonnen und haben 4 Nächte im Capella Taipei /Skyline Zimmer mit eigener Pool-Terrasse und Blick auf den 101-Tower verlebt. Ein unglaubliches Boutique Hotel mit so viel Persönlichkeit, Schönheit und echtem Luxus haben wir auf unseren oft langen Reisen so noch nicht erlebt ! GM Dennis Laubenstein und sein Team haben uns vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause angekommen, umsorgt und bestens behütet zu sein,- dieses Hotel war für uns das Hotel-Highlight unserer Reise,- so besonders, so einzigartig schön war unser Aufenthalt im Capella Taipei. Meine Frau hatte Rückenschmerzen und es wurde eine balinesische Massage für sie arrangiert, die sie nie wieder vergessen wird - absolut outstanding ! Die Fotos auf der HP geben nicht ansatzweise wieder, welch ein nagelneues Traum-Boutique-Hotel einen hier mitten in Taipei erwartet...! Vielen Dank für unglaublich schöne 5 Tage /4 Nächte der Entschleunigung, Erholung und eine ganz besondere Erfahrung an GM Dennis Laubenstein und sein fantastisches Team - wir kommen wieder !
