Good area, standard hotel

The hotel is well located, and not that bad for the price. But the showers, for example, are 1,80m tall, so if you are taller, they are super uncomfortable

The location is perfect, being close to Taipei City's central North Gate and a 15-minute walk from Taipei Station and the bus station. The hotel room (including the bathroom and toilet) and the beds were clean and large. The room I stayed in was on the 11th floor, and there was no noise from the ground, so for the price it was a very satisfying three days for me.

Good deal

Extremely conveniently located. 10 minutes walking distance from the TaoYuan Airport MRT extress train station. Many breakfast spots around the hotel. The room is spacy. The bath facility looks a bit old, but has no problem for use. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Overall, I'd say good value for the price.

Stayed one night and extended for another night. First night room assigned was smelly and old, but I booked online the second night which was cheaper and different type of room(run of house - whatever it is), so I had to move to the new room or pay up to stay in original room. Opted to move but was told I can get the key only after 3pm(bummer). Turned out the cheaper room was way better, non-smelly and had normal view. Overall the property is really old, some rooms still have a physical keys, some with keycards. Stuff are friendly, even helped me to retrieve my charger that I left in the old room, thanks

The actual environment differs a lot from the pictures shown. The room was old and unhygienic. There was an unpleasant smell when we stepped into the room. The staff serving at midnight was unkind. He wasn’t willing to bring us a hair dryer which it was supposed to be in our room but that wasn’t available. This is not recommended when there is a wide variety of choices to stay.

Old,molding, totally different pictures what we viewed on the internet. It is cheated. Air conditioner is terrible dirty. Carpet is sticky and stinky. No hot water in the bathroom until is running more than 10 minutes . Bathtub is old and chipped. Only stay one night and can't handle it. Do not recommend to anyone unless you do not care about lower level living style

Terrible. Don't stay here. Picture are deceiving. Not up to date. Hotel had no heat from the central heating. Asked for a heater. Staff told us to sleep with more clothing. Offer us more blankets. No heat is normal in Taipei was his answer. Asked for a portable heater at the very least. Nothing. Not even offered to change to a different toom. Told me to deal with Expedia for a refund. Of course they are deying it. Thieves at this hotel. Booked an new hotel and left immediately that had heat.

是次住宿體驗很差，一開始安排了12樓，一入房間有很多蟲子，熱水也沒有。問了職員，被告知熱水要等20分鐘！後來再問，原來因為13樓有個平台，種植了植物，所有有蟲子和熱水要等很久。後來才換了11樓的房間給我們！職員都知道房間有此問題，為什麼在有空房間的情況下還要安排我們入住呢？！ 整體房間的裝修也很舊，衛生很差，價錢還要不便宜！
