"The best hotel in Auckland! Beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean rooms. Amazing staff, that are always attentive and helpful. There is nothing to fault at Hotel DeBrett. I have stayed at Intercontinental Auckland, Park Hyatt, Hotel Britomart…Hotel DeBrett is my favourite of the lot.
Staff at Vivace, the onsite restaurant are also just wonderful. Always have a smile on their face and very welcoming.
Nothing to fault whatsoever! 5 stars all round."

"Communication prior to the stay was laborious, more than we’ve ever had anywhere around the world. The location was perfect so close to the cruise shop terminal and close to ferries and shops. A well maintained unit. A slight glitch getting in but we figured it out."
