To change the bed sheets, a woman just tried to change for one bed, and she said she could not change for both beds alone, she had to call another staff to help How unprofessional their staff are"

"The room is clean. But the bathroom is more of the Japanese style which is a bit difficult for me to properly handle and enjoy the bath."

"Keep in mind that you are in Japan so don't expect a spacious room. With that being said, even though the room was a bit tight for my son and myself, everything was five star across the board. The hotel was also within walking distance to the train station, which seemed to be the epicenter of the city."
