"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. "Exceptional service. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the the area and provided us with great recommendations. They provided us shuttle service to the town over where we went to their restaurant. Great food! Overall, highly recommend this hotel."
