"We stayed at the Greenhead as part of our Hadrians Wall walk. Could not have found a better hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Dan the lovely bartender. "

"The property is beautiful. The staff were very helpful during check in. Our room was in the Castle View Lodge and was very nice. The meals - dinners and breakfasts- were fabulous. The tour of the castle was very interesting and informative. "

"Nice quiet and clean room, staff really looked after us, nothing was any trouble, food was delicious, the stargazing was brilliant even though it was cloudy the planetarium was a fantastic! Very informative, well worth a visit!"

"A very friendly couple who were happy to give you information if you needed it. They had a beautifully decorated property which was very comfortable. The breakfast was so well presented made from lovely fresh ingredients. A great choice to stay there."
