"Poor breakfast, tv and internet didn’t work well"

"Staff was very friendly. This is a pet friendly hotel that kept the rooms very clean. Several doors to outside allowing us to take our dogs out easily and then key card access to side doors to get back in without going through main lobby. One side of the building is unpaved with nice grassy area to take the dogs out to do their business. Dont know if someone does some cleanup out there or guests were good about picking up but grassy area was mostly clear"

"Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had been canceled. They indicated that they had no phone number to call me on despite being listed in my reservation. They no longer had the room I reserved available, and gave us another that was smaller than we needed. The refrigerator didn’t work and there was water seeping out of the floor tiles. "Clean, well maintained and the rooms were really well done. Loved the property and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. 100% will stay again if in the area. Great location to the arenas "

"Staff were wonderful. Cleanliness was great. My only two negatives are that parking was a mess and very limited. Only a small portion of the parking garage was open so you had to wait for casino people to leave before you could park to hotel-stay. Literally a parking line with long wait times. Second is that all the food is inside the casino part so if you’re traveling with a minor your only option is to order room service or buy a $150 steak at Prime which is the only option outside the 21+...

"The room was clean. The hotel Lacked up keep of maintenance such as dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby & a broken ice machine. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool didn’t have enough towels to dry off for the amount of people using it. "

"Nothing special or out of the ordinary airport hotel, what was a little confusing even for the employees it was the way to register a guest staying there and also using the airport parking lot, i was there for only 3 days and every single employee i dealt with told me a different way to pay for the parking lot fee they should really train all of them together so they all pass the sorest and only way to use the parking lot for us guest."
