"The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. "

"I was very unpleased by this stay. The receptionist was so rude and cold which made it feel so unwelcoming. She charged me $5 to park my vehicle which I’ve never even heard of considering their lot was next to a closed down restaurant and was empty. Our room was so dirty- mold on the bathroom walls and floors. The shower definitely wasn’t clean. My friend’s room had someone else’s vibrator on the floor when they entered. The staff thought giving Gatorade and snacks was sufficient to clear up...

But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. "Garbage, filthy, rooms smell and are likely not clean. Some type of renovation going on in the lobby. The whole building should be condensed and demolished. If I could give no stars I would. Front desk told me they couldn’t give me more than 1 extra packet of creamer. The place is giving hostel, no exaggeration. Can not believe I paid almost $200 to stay there. "

"The toilet paper was low. I had to go to the staff to get toilet tissue, also there was trash under the bed, and someone headband was on the floor by the window. Prior to me getting the room I thought the room would have a refrigerator in the microwave. I had to pay an additional $50 for those amenities in another room and was not given a receipt."
