Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a bath / Shower. Parking was available at the rear of the property. As the hotel is situated near the Hoe we did not need to use our car during the stay as we could walk or uber to everywhere we needed to visit."

"This place was wonderful for our needs. Seemed centrally located to tour places in Cornwall and very comfortable to come home to. Having the little mall next door with McDonalds and Subway and other things made it perfect for us as Americans. The front desk people were all wonderful too. Would stay again! "
