Clean room and good location. Weather was very warm and there was no aircondition. Hot nights... If window was open, gulls screaming was disturbing us.

Decoration and design was amazing, and apartment had all the amenitis. Also location was not bad. But there few issues: its not possible to fully open the window, ouside is light turned on all night and its not possible to fully cover the light, bed was sofa matrace, not the best :)

Отличная студия! Есть все необходимое: санузел и кухня в номере, прачечная и камера хранения в подвальном этаже. Ключ - пароль приходит на почту после оформления брони (текст письма на английском, но любой вэб-переводчик вам в помощь). С этим кодом открываются все двери. Администрация на связи круглые сутки по телефону. Рядом с отелем парк Кадриорг, морская набережная. Две остановки на трамвае до Центра, прямой маршрут до железнодорожного Балтийского вокзала, лёгкая переадресованного скидка на маршруты, следующие к автовокзалу и аэропорту. Не нужно никакого такси, отлично работающие троллейбус, трамвай, автобус с единым проездным на 1,3,7 дней.

Vietimme tässä paikassa kaksi yötä lasten kanssa. Sijainti on loistava. Ratikka on suoraan edessä. Ruokakauppa lähellä. Sisään kirjautuminen oli vaivaton ja helppo. Huoneisto oli tahraton ja viihtyisä. Ainut miinus on huonot tyynyt.

Clean and modern little studio great stay

Great little place to stay, very clean and modern and had everything you need. It is about 15 minutes walk to the central old town area and about 15minutes from the harbour terminal. There’s no reception but instructions were good and you can get in with a code.

何かと便利

　なんと言ってもTallink ferryＤターミナルと中心部旧市街が1〜1.5kmと私には徒歩圏なのが良い。建物は丁寧に再生され、室内は全く新しい。ソファベッドだったのはやや残念で、私はベッドのまま使用した。その場合椅子がもう少し寛げるとよかった。共用の洗濯室とトレーニングルームが自由に使える。ただし洗濯は利用者が多かった。後は、電子レンジがあればよりよかったと思う。

Excellente adresse

L’immeuble est SUBLIME. Voire chic. Matériaux de qualité. Le petit appartement que j’occupais était très agréable et fonctionnel. On est quasiment en face d’un supermarché très pratique. Il faut peu de temps pour rejoindre la vieille ville à pied et un tramway s’arretedevant L’immeuble pour les moins courageux.

I had a studio with a sofa bed, I was looking for a nice and comforting bed and it was just a sofa. They don't have parking and I had to walk my all my luggage 2 blocks. The elevator didn't work for 2 days. Bad experience!

Homeelta haiseva huone jossa ei ollut ilmastointia. Hissi oli rikki, eikä tälle pyynnöstä huolimatta tehty mitään. Asiakaspalvelija löi luurin korvaan kysyessämme asiasta. Televisio ei toiminut. Koko rakennus tuntui "hapettomalta" ahdistavalta. Kamala kokemus.

Jonkin verran sivussa keskustasta mutta kävellen pääsee silti mukavasti liikkumaan. Raitiovaunujen yms äänet kuuluu sisälle hyvin ainakin kesällä koska ikkunoita piti pitää auki kun oli ylimmässä huoneissa aika lämmintä
