"From check in to check out, the hotel was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful, and the beds really comfortable. The pool area and bar staff were amazing. My daughter had left her teddy bear at the previous hotel, and they called the hotel on my behalf and arranged for it to be picked up and delivered to us. The staff went above and beyond whenever they could. The hotel was located very close to the lantern boat rides, market and night life, but was just far enough away to avoid noise at night. All hotels need to carry out repairs and renovations at some stage, and we experienced some, but the hotels told us in advance what times the work would be carried out and kept it to a minimum. They also provided some complimentary drinks as compensation for any inconvenience. We would all definitely stay there again."
