"Ruby was the most fabulous and gracious host ! We were treated so special! She took breakfast orders the night before to ensure our breakfast could be served before our tours! The money exchange at the hotel was great! The view of the river was beautiful and the pool was clean and refreshing! The room was very clean and spacious! There was bottled water left for us daily ! The hotel was easily walkable to the night market and to Hoi A memories! We walked to many restaurants and shops! Would highly recommend Gem Riverside hotel! The hotel and staff , especially Ruby were truly gems!"
