"Room was very damp - despite massive daily ventilation, moist walls, everything clammy. Our towels very more clammy and moist when we left than when we arrived. Room was ok clean - but moldy. Breakfast incl is one small dish/pers (ie 1 egg w/bread OR 1 youghurt w/fruit OR 1 pancake) only and 1 small drink. Everything else is extra. "The family here has incredible English. Bóng is an English teacher and everyone is proficient in communication. They have a great facility, in a great neighborhood, quiet surroundings, affordable pricing, clean and safe. This has been a genuine highlight for my Hoi A trip. "

"Friendly host and very welcoming. It is however around 15 minute walk along an unlit road to get to a restaurant at night. To the night market would be around 40 minutes. If you are back after 9pm the gates are locked. Very clean guest house. There is building work going on at the next door property and directly across the road, so noise may be an issue."
