"Stayed for 10 nights with the family of 4 - Excellent staff, our Aircon had an issue on the first night and housekeeping staff immediately fixed the issue - It was great 10-nights experience - Infinity Pool at level 22 is just a bonus and 2 waterparks including Onsen were a delight for the Kids - Absolutely recommend this hidden gem and total value for money considering its 5 star resort - Grab was easily available for us throughout our stay and its just 20 min from DA Nang Airport!!! "

"The hotel room I was given was partial seas view, it is already good enough as my room is able to see the sunrise! The view is fantastic! There are 4 lifts servicing the building, however it seems like only one lift is working at a time. Wish it could be managed more efficiently by activating more lifts. "
