"Due to an event at the resort, they took our 2-month booking and gave it to the event's organizer. They let us know that they moved us to a different hotel in the central of city 10km away and let us know 2 days before our arrival."
"Exactly as pictured, i stayed in the VIP room and would definitely recommend spending the bit extra and booking this . Did see the other rooms and whilst they looked good the VIP room offers great value for money . Nice seating area , comfortable bed and really good shower . Friendly service . Is a bit of a walk from town up a hill so just be aware of that . There is a restaurant nearby I think called the motto cafe which is owned by a real nice Australian guy . Happy to stay again . "The service : 5/5
- The receptinists are very kind to guests.
- Speaking English very well.
- Sending messages about important things
- And the breakfast so nice
The location and views : 4/5
- In front of room, there is a big lake. Nice one
- Its far away from center of Dalat, but not to far by a taxi
- Quiet scary when the sun is down..
The room condition : 2/5
- Except for the bed, there were spider web, lots of insects and ant houses..😂
- Made of wood, smells not very kind.
It was great...
"Had a really love stay here. The only thing that threw us off was there was no door handle sign for ‘do not disturb’ or ‘please clean’ The cleaners still went into our room and cleaned - this is only a small problem but I was panicking if I had left anything out that is private etc.
Other than that, amazing! "
