"Very clean"

"This hotel was AMAZING! I absolutely loved this place for a girls trip from LA. We loved the food options, restaurants walking distance, amenities, activities, and the morning breakfast with great variety. Best hotel I’ve stayed at ever! Rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day without ask, lobby and hallways smelled clean! Shuttles were provided with routes to all disney parks including Disney Springs, and to make reservations were very easy! Only minor thing was evening and overnight staff were rude and dismissive over minor questions, but morning staff was so kind! We already have our next trip planned here for next year and we cannot wait to be back!"

"This was a great hotel. There were only a few issues during my stay 1) There was significant police activity a few rooms down from me, with about 5+ offers present, I think because someone may not have paid and then refused to leave their room. 2) If you are sensitive to smells (esp. if they can trigger migraines), this hotel pumps some sort of scene through its vent system, at least it seems that way. And it was strong. 3) The bedrooms don't have much light in them, so the room can be very dark at night. Other than that, everything was great. The outdoor jacuzzis and lazy river looked beautiful (it was too cold to go in when I visited). The dining area was very well kept and prepared, with a nice selection of food. And the staff were very professional. I had a pretty peaceful stay here while traveling for business."

"Our stay at Sheraton Villas was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and the hospitality was truly 10/10. The location was amazing with so many great amenities nearby and on-site. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be booking here again in the future!"

"Great stay, very comfortable. A little dated but clean. FYI if you are booking a 2 bedroom suite it is actually 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments that share a foyer. Super cute for families but if you are looking to book a 2br suite to share with 1 other person it’s totally separate and likely too big unless you are looking for complete privacy. I was not aware until we checked into our room. "

"Let me just say, this hotel is cool, but the staff is what makes it great. One of the few places where customer service is still going strong. When we checked in we arrived a couple hours early they had a room available for us to check in which was super convenient after our long drive, also he wished me a happy mother's day and gave me a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. The flowrider was so cool, the water slides were awesome. The only complaint we had and it's just gonna make us come back so we can try it, was one of the kids water slide activity areas was under construction or cleaning during or stay and our 4 year old was bummed because obviously it looked so cool, but the positive side they did have the two other slides at the other side of the hotel open, and there was a little toddler splash pad area, as well as the two pools. They have different food options in the marketplace, a coffee bar, the movie theater playing movies all day, an activity schedule for kids, and I think I saw two arcades! The room was big, and our daughter thought the bunk beds were so cool!"
