"I came in from Metro Detroit and stayed a day. Everything was great even the transportation service to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the Port for my cruise. However, there was a slight miscommunication. I was informed. The service to take me to the Cruise was included as well. But, I had to pay $30 which I was told that was separate. Overall my experience was good. I enjoyed my stay."

"Check-in was ok, staff was pretty helpful but a bit surly. Property is old and in need of renovation but clean enough. The shower was horrible, no pressure at all. The sink in the bathroom had plenty of pressure but not the shower. It was barely a trickle!
The breakfast was all right, some. hot items, yogurt, breads and fruit.
The pool was very nice, the hot tub was not open and under some kind of construction. Needs more lounge chairs.
Check out was easy since I was pre-paid.

"Great choices reminded me of college cafeteria/campus a lot of things to do, great gym and pool options. Honestly there is nothing bad I can say and the staff text me to see if we needed anything taken to our room. It was great, if I had to give one bad thing would only be that I had to pay for parking but they do provide a bus to take you to the parks so that makes up for it since you don’t have to pay attraction parking fees."

"Very good place, above expectations. Specially with no resort fee and having free breakfast plus supper time is a really helpful thing. "Property is extremely run down. The bottom of the toilet was leaking and the room smelt stuffy. The lady who checked us in was amazing but they have a deposit fee that nobody is aware of they say it gets refunded but I’m still waiting on it. The carpets are stained. We had some questionable stains on our pillows and there were holes in the ceiling. I’d pay the extra money to stay elsewhere next time."
