At around 1:00 AM, while my family and I were in the bedroom preparing to sleep, I suddenly opened the window and was shocked to find an elderly man standing outside, apparently looking through our bedroom window and listening to us. "1- Clean, yes, quite no, after midnight, above-floor occupant can hear their noise, and dragging and moving furniture. 2- Upon checking in, they demanded extra payment (which we did pay in cash) to have them turn on the one-unit air conditioner (located in the sitting room). By the way, the apartment has two bedrooms with no air conditioning. 3- Unfavorable location."
