"The checking in was efficient, friendly and quick. The room was spacious snd clean and the bed was comfortable. No fridge or coffee machine but it is 3* and they had irons and hairdryers that you can ask for. Great value and very central"

"We had an issue with the shower head hose, but asked for maintenance to sort it. Which they did promptly which was very nice. The ac didnt work our entire 5 day stay, which was very unfortunate, as it was incredibly hot. We did not eat at the property, can not review that aspect. Their were little cleaning things that could be attended to, such as someone hung banners in our room, and they could have been taken down entirely instead of leaving staples and buts of paper on the walls. The bin bags for the garbage cans are very small, and you cant out much in them before the bin bag falls inside. The tip outside was over flowing, with many pallets laying about. Which was unfortunate. But what can you do when you get a large delivery. Still a nice friendly place to stay."

"Beautiful hotel. The hotel was clean but needed to be refurbished. Bed was not made properly. TV small, and sits on a table. Air condition did not work. Bathroom very old fashiond need updating. Carpet old. No fridge in room. Our first night we did not sleep well due to noise. Restaurant staff need more training. Did not enjoy Breakfast on the first morning, very slow topping up. Hot drink machine needed upgrading. Bottle water was provided daily. Good quality bread. Breakfast was good on the second morning."

"Great New Check in, via computers, staff on hand to help. Well decorated throughout Delicious breakfast, although more GF options would be great Great room (very random see through optional bathroom doors though) not sure who would want that!!?? Nice, quiet room though, great black out blind in bathroom & Lovely shower. Great staff, particularly Zara on the desk at check out, she was so friendly. Only annoyance was having to pay £5 per night to use the pool. So we didn't bother. But would've made it 10/10 if included in the price"
