"secure door at front. lacking basic essentials paper or dish towels, ice cube trays, utensils, dish soap. same bath towels for 6 days-yuck. extra charge if we wanted clean towels. shower curtain let water seep to floor. No broom or mop for floor."

"First off they place me in a room graded room from what I booked I had to argue just to get what I paid for they rude/not helpful at all I don’t recommend anyone to stay there at all"
