"Room wasn’t clean - dirty bathroom mirror and toilet. Bedsheet had some stain. Overall the location of the hotel is very convenient. Right next to train and bus stop and lots of restaurants. Hotel staffs are very nice. NO ONSEN ON SIGHT. Beppu is known for its public / local onsens so go try ..."

"The layout of the restaurant room was a bit awkward, but the ocean view and the in-room hot springs are excellent! Only issue was that communication with staff. English does not seem to be well understood when we tried to reach the front desk. But overall we enjoyed the hotel well!"
