It’s average for a 2 or 3-star hotel. The location is superb, right in the middle of everything. My only complaint is the towels were super thin and the included free breakfast was a bad joke. I would still recommend it to friends because of the great location.

Just behind the busy area and close to train station and shopping malls. The room itself needs some renovations and cleanliness could be improved. But given this room rate it is acceptable comparing with other hotels in the area.

Neglected Hotel

Booked this hotel as it was reasonably priced given it was the Taiwanese Spring Holiday and most hotels were charging exorbitant rates. I rarely give negative reviews but feel it's warranted in this case. We arrived early for check in and it seemed that the younger male staff didn't seem interested in at least allowing us to leave our luggage until the 3pm check in. Either that or he just has a grumpy demeanor. The lift/elevator was dirty so our expectations dropped. Seeing the dusty hallway gave us the impression that maybe cleanliness wasn't a huge priority here. Our room confirmed this as it seemed to be "cleaned" at the bare minimum (plenty of dust everywhere - floor, vents, shelves; hair on sink, lots of black mould and scum in shower stall, rust on tapware). There was also a condom and lubricant on the shelf which spelled out "love" hotel which we didn't realize at the time of booking. It just heightened the icky feeling. Positives: free breakfast was ok and dining area was relatively clean and central location in Taoyuan. It's quite unfortunate that they did not prioritize cleanliness in this hotel as it was quite spacious and has a decent layout. A bit of elbow grease with maintenance would've improved it immensely. Either that or my cleanliness standards are too high - decide for yourself when you stay.

Clean room, the staff are very nice , the cooked very nice lady Mrs Chen, I love the foods , breakfast, it taste good. Meet people from other countries, Near the malls, so many places to eat and buy lunch and dinner, closed to train station and Taoyuan Taiwan bus stop. Comfort/ & feels safe. In the area, even walking alone in the evening. Thanks audi.
