Hotel was actually better than expected. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to touch base in Taiwan, shopping & food close by. The employees were friendly, professional, and allotted us 1 extra hour to check-out due to 3am check-in. Room was clean, TV, hot shower, decent bed. Breakfast buffet was great!

Hotel building is aged but staff did great job keeping it clean but next blocks sewers smell awful. A bit of language barrier but figured things out for what we needed. Great breakfast items served daily. The thin young man with glasses at front desk was great, speaking English well and friendly absolutely adding extra comfort. Highly recommended.

This is an average hotel but good for a day or two. Staff is great. Breakfast is catered mostly for nonWesterners but it was good. Conveniently located near Taoyuan Train Station

The property is very ideal for tourists looking to explore outside of Taipei. It is near the train and bus stations. The buffet breakfast is very good. Downside is whenever we go back to our room after a tiring day, the room smells like smoke or cigarrette. Not sure where it is coming from since we are in a non-smoking room.

Great hotel and staff. Got there early so the room wasn’t ready but everything else more or less was. Just needed my signature and a bit of information that took less than a minute and a tag was ready along with space to stow my luggage while I go for a walk and get a meal as a rush order was put through for my room to be readied.

The location of this hotel is near the local Taoyuan Train station. It only took us less than an hour train ride to arrive at this hotel from Taoyuan international Airport. Lots of nearby restaurants. We stayed at this hotel for one night. The receptionist is accommodating as we arrived at nearly 12 midnight and let us check out before noon. Our room was mid-sized, clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Our buffet breakfast was included and offered hot meals. Good Wi-Fi reception.

Loved the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was very old and the rooms are outdated and dirty. Bedsheets and towels are also very old. The room smells like mold and there is black mold growing in the bathroom. Bathroom looks like it is not cleaned properly. I would only recommend if you don’t care about cleanliness.

Had booked to stat here for 4 nughts, ended up booking another hotel after 2. Area is not close to anything, but a 2min walk to a train station. Didnt feel welcome by people in the area, got many stares. Hotel staff is good. Booked a room with a refrigerator for my medication only to find its more of a slightly above room temperature cooler. Staff advised they can place my medication in the kitchen fridge. Room was small and smelled musky. Noticed a large black mold stain on the wall by the bed. Other than that room was clean. Realizing the location was not walkable or convenient and concerns about the black mold I booked another hotel after 2 nights.
