"I have stayed at many Marriott’s and this was my favorite. The room was super clean, was set up with everything I needed for my stay including a nice kitchen set up. They have a great gym and washer and dryers on site. The lobby is set up with a bar and seating area that is very welcoming. Every staff member we spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to Hotel in Seattle. "

"The room was cozy and clean, safe and walkable area of Ballard. Very communicative and easy to get in and check out. Nice to have the mini fridge and small kitchenette in the room. They give you ear plugs since it is a shared building with other suites, which was a nice touch. Everything I needed for a quick stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"
