"Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay. "No issues with it only room service order for a plate of buffalo ribs that was rubbery gamey till i couldn't chew it up that was a failure by the kitchen chef. Front desk was superb and beautiful Ayu was mesmerising and gorgeous throughout."
