"The place is very clean. All staff are very helpful and nice and extremely friendly. Breakfast is ok, could be better. The view is amazing. The main problem is the building itself, although it is new, but looks like construction company was cutting corners and things falling apart."

"Very good hotel for families. The lagoon and little waterpark are amazing. Water slides are so fun. Good restaurant next to swimming pool. Good grills restaurant in-front of hotel main door. Big Reception with complementary juice, coffee, tea & water. Nice nearby cafe with breathtaking views to sunset and forest. Rooms are ok, nice balconies and good option to have Half Board (breakfast and early dinner). Very recommended"

"Abdel Rahman at front desk was very helpful. The room ended up being more like a suite. We were extremely surprised with the size and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We loved it and will definitely come back next time we visit."
