"I knew I was in for a noisy ride when they put me in a room behind the reception. I was right. The staff were very noisy from 7 in the morning. Big gap under the door so it felt like they were in my room. Then, low and behold, the cleaner just walked in at 830 without knocking. She didn’t apologise or even lock the door. Breakfast was terrible. "

"Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre. Belle piscine. "

"Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay. "

"We had a great time at the Hotel La Terra! Francesco, Lucrezia, and Filipo are wonderful hosts. The building could not be more historic, sleeping in a 13th century convent with all the modern conveniences is special. Air conditioning worked great. The shower was hot and had great pressure. Very comfortable and convenient to Ostuni city center. You will not regret booking this hotel! "

"The staff was so attentive to our every question and need and were so pleasant every step of the way. From the front desk to the driver and everyone during our stay. The hotel was first class, clean, great views, food and easy access. We even had help with our Italian language tips along the way! Can't say enough good things about the people and the property. "
