"We had a street view room however really enjoyed our stay due to the location and close proximity to dining options. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable and was clean on arrival. Although we had a street view room and our room was next to the entrance driveway (Room 14) we still found the room quiet and blinds gave privacy. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we visit Taupo. "

"Accomodation was perfect for what we needed. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of ammenities. Everything was clean and tidy and the common areas and rooms were kept to a lovely warmth. The continental breakfast was a nice addition. "

"Aircon and towel rack had been turned on before check in. Owner and staff are super friendly. The room was clean, well maintained and very warm for our two nights in August. Nice view from living room and balcony. Heated pool and hot tub are nice too. Shopping centre and restaurants are nearby. Lake and the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club is just across the road and our 3yo enjoyed a morning walk and playing at lakefront. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to couples and families. "

"Absolutely stunning property! The concierge helped us plan activities that were incredible! HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly.
