"We were pleasantly impressed with our room and the hotel in general. Normally these grand hotels are run down and a bit shabby, but this was great! Plus we had a spa which I didn't realize I'd booked and that really made my trip memorable. The little extra touches were wonderful, like a travel toothbrush and razor.
