"We stayed as part of a large group attending a wedding nearby. The hotel was gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and well equipped as you expect. But what made our stay were the staff - they were so wonderful. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and well organised."

"I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around ."

"The staff were fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful, which the made it a brilliant stay. Dinner was good and very family friendly with food options for the kids.
Breakfast was the only let-down, scrambled eggs were cold and tasted awful, not much choice of fruit. "

"We were put in a room that was freezing cold, in the basement, noisy wasn't the word, the floor boards above sounded like they were going to cave in! Cold basic and not comfortable. Disappointed"

"We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame.
As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...
