"This place was so quaint and cute right in the middle of town. It was close to everything we needed to get to. We went for a girls night to a concert at the amphitheater and it was great. We will be back for sure."

"Had to wait over an hour (after 4 pm check in time) to get our room. The rooftop bar food was terrible to say the least and we ordered 3 different items, all were DISGUSTING. Do not eat there. Room was clean and view was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to everything you want to do in Macon."

"The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn."

"The decor and staff was excellent! What I didn’t like was the room wasn’t throughly cleaned….. there was trash and dust under the pull out sofa bed in the room. Also, the walls adjoining rooms are very thin…. I heard EVERYTHING my neighbors were engaged in. From their conversations, to entertainment played on their phones, to their “adult time”."

"We stayed only one night and this hotel was a good spot. It was not RIGHT off the freeway but an easy drive to it. The room was small, but clean and cozy enough. It was sticky/humid at first; we set the “dry” setting on the AC and it was fine. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet area. Parking was good! The staff was so nice and attentive. "For the price, the hotel was a good stay; however, the receptionist did not ask me if I preferred to stay in a handicap accessible room. I was a little disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, especially the hair everywhere in the bathroom. Two of the towels had long curly hair on them, and were very dingy. That same type of hair was on the floor in the shower. The bed spread had what resembled a blood stain on the end by foot of the bed, which I didn’t see until I’d already slept overnight....

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood Suites. I Had the King suite for a week. Very convenient to food and stores. The bed was very comfortable . My daughter slept on the hide a bed and she also was comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful. Lizzy was super friendly and got us checked in after a long flight from Los Angeles. I will be staying again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort and cleanliness, Thanks."
